Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RavnPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

RavnPro is a cloud-based ERP platform for tire and auto shops, provided by DRKM Systems, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). The platform includes inventory management, invoicing, customer relationship management, and AI-powered tools.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RavnPro for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable regulations, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the platform's operation. Misuse may result in immediate account termination.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Intellectual Property

RavnPro and its content are owned by DRKM Systems, LLC. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. We do not claim ownership over your shop's data.

Privacy

Your use of RavnPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Disclaimers

RavnPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRKM Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RavnPro.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
